Type of Investment

Given our structure, we can invest in a variety of instruments that best fit the needs of the companies we participate in. We can invest in the form of mezzanine or subordinated debt, preferred stock or any other form of equity instrument that is appropriate for the type of investment. In addition, we can partner with management to invest in businesses for the long run; hence there is no need to exit within a specified period of time.
