Size

We generally seek companies with operating margins in excess of 10% and generating EBITDA between $1MM and $10MM. We will target companies with enterprise values of $10MM to $50MM. We also consider late stage venture investments in the $250,000 - $3MM range in companies with proven business models. For large transactions, we may bring outside co-investors from our extensive financial network.
