Deal Sourcing

We generally like to invest in deals that are sourced to us by our portfolio companies, close advisors or referred by someone in our network. We do not participate in auctions or competitive bidding situations. We like to work close to management to determine the right investment approach depending on the situation, and we feel that auctions or broker sponsored deals do not provide us with such flexibility.
